Meet the people behind the agents

The people who've lived the pain of enterprise go-to-market, held together by taxing context switching. As the building gets easier, their experience brings discernment to ‘what needs fixing by technology, and what is best left to humans.’

Hivekind.ai was born out of my own frustration as a 4x CMO and 1x CRO and CPO. I've seen firsthand how hard it is to rebuild growth engines after an exit, merger, or leadership change - it often takes 8 to 12 months just to regain momentum. I founded Hivekind so that what used to take eight months to a year can now be done in eight weeks, because in today's world, speed is everything.

Private Equity firms like Vista have long had their own proprietary playbooks for value creation. But most revenue leaders - founders, CROs, and CMOs don't have access to that kind of institutional muscle. Hivekind is about democratizing that playbook - giving every company a system for scaling revenue with the same precision and discipline, but without the overhead of custom-built PE frameworks.

Having spent the last decade in SaaS and AI, I've seen the martech explosion, overlapping tools and the decision paralysis caused by too many options. Having lived the reality (and the hype too!) across cognitive platforms, conversational AI, and now agentic AI, my conviction has grown: positioning and strategy have to come before execution, or the tools don't matter.

We saw that gap. Everyone was racing to build another execution layer, while the foundational decisions underneath (who to target, when, why) stayed unclear. I led the repositioning of Gupshup from a CPaaS provider to an Enterprise Conversational AI Platform, built company-wide sales enablement from nothing, and secured placements in Gartner, IDC et al. But I saw that strategy did not persist for long in a large, distributed team. Hivekind is our attempt to fix that. I didn't start in marketing or tech, and that outsider instinct helps me strip jargon and break down complex decisions around 'why do we even need to build this'.

We were building the same GTM stack from different sides of the table at Pitchgod when we met Hivekind. Signal ingestion, personalization at scale, outbound infrastructure that holds - these were problems we were deep in. Six months in at Hivekind, our conviction has only gotten stronger. Same GTM problem, bigger enterprise surface, and a team I genuinely love showing up to build with every day.

The hard part of GTM is the architecture. Deciding which account is relevant for a business; pulling signals from scattered, noisy sources; and acting on them reliably, without it breaking the moment volume or complexity goes up. It doesn't get easier because you can throw AI at it. What makes it work is applied AI built on infrastructure that holds, and that's the problem I care about. It's what we were already building at PitchGod, and at Hivekind it's the same problem with a much bigger surface to get right.

Having run a GTM agency myself, I knew these problems firsthand. At Pitchgod we'd pivoted toward modern GTM challenges including signal-based prospecting and MQL mapping, so joining Hivekind felt like two ships sailing the same direction. We're now solving the exact challenges we once faced, guided by everything we learned along the way.

Working closely with customers through conversations, onboardings, and everything that happens in between has given me a front-row seat to how GTM teams actually operate. What became clear pretty quickly is that the gap isn't a lack of tools or data, it's knowing who to go after, why now, and what signals actually matter. That's what makes Hivekind interesting to build for. We're putting strategy and context at the center, so teams can make better GTM decisions before jumping into execution. As a GTM Engineer, I get to stay close to those customer problems, translate what we learn into the product, and build the systems and intelligence that make that strategy more useful, repeatable, and scalable.
