Hivekind AI Acqui-hires PitchGod Team
Continues GTM mission towards autonomous demand creation for B2B Companies
San Francisco & Bangalore - Aug 05, 2026. Hivekind Inc. today announced the acquihire of the core team behind PitchGod, an automated outbound and lead generation platform for businesses, bringing three experienced builders with deep go-to-market (GTM) domain expertise into the company. The founding team consists of Deepak Komma, Vardan Agarwal and Rajesh Gupta, who bring full-stack engineering, backend platform engineering, and forward deployed engineering (FDE) skills with strong growth expertise.
This acquihire strengthens Hivekind’s ability to accelerate its autonomous demand creation roadmap, helping teams turn decide who to engage and when, upstream of pipeline creation across sales, marketing and channel partners.
“Building an effective GTM system requires multi-dimensional experts who understand how B2B revenue teams actually deliver on predictable pipeline creation. This intrepid team has lived in that space, and their experience is helping us innovate faster and developing cutting-edge agentic architecture.” said Raj Badarinath, Founder and CEO of Hivekind.
"Having run a GTM agency myself, I knew these problems firsthand. At Pitchgod we'd already pivoted toward modern GTM challenges including signal-based prospecting and MQL mapping; so joining Hivekind felt like two ships sailing the same direction. We're now solving the exact challenges we once faced, guided by everything we learned along the way." said Rajesh Gupta, marketing and growth co-founder at Pitchgod.
"The hard part of GTM isn't the idea, it's the architecture. Deciding which account is relevant for a business; pulling signals from scattered, noisy sources, and acting on it reliably, without it breaking the moment volume or complexity goes up. It doesn't get easier because you can throw AI at it. What makes it work is applied AI thoughtfully built on infrastructure that actually holds, and that's the problem I care about. It's what we were already building at PitchGod, and at Hivekind it's the same problem with a much bigger surface to get right." said Vardan, who led AI at Pitchgod.
“Raj found us through a Twitter/X thread about what we were building at PitchGod and within a few conversations, it was clear we were building the same GTM stack from different sides of the table. Signal ingestion, personalization at scale, outbound infrastructure that actually holds these were problems we were already deep in. Six months in at Hivekind, that conviction has only gotten stronger. Same GTM problem, bigger enterprise surface, and a team I genuinely love showing up to build with every day. “ said Deepak who was the tech lead at Pitchgod.
Hivekind is framing the next step in the enterprise revenue stack evolution: after ERP and CRM, a Pre-Pipeline System that operates before opportunities exist and actively creates them.
Hivekind’s platform helps lean B2B revenue teams do everything that the larger ones have, at 10% of the cost: find the best-fit accounts, signal qualify them, and engage the full buyer group. The use cases are across field and event GTM, net new pipeline generation, buying signal expansion, account re-engagement and expansion.
"We've seen firsthand that the hardest part of B2B growth is knowing which accounts matter, and acting on that reliably as complexity grows. It’s not just building smarter execution on top of a guess. What excited us about the PitchGod team was their expertise in this space and understanding of the realities revenue teams face. Their experience is pivotal for us as we translate customer needs into agentic product capabilities, while making sure the system stays grounded in how GTM teams operate.", said Bhavna Sachar, Head of Marketing and Growth at Hivekind.
This team forms the core technical team, working closely with the global leadership team across US and India. Their hands-on experience building GTM-focused products has already shaped the rollout of new capabilities that hit the market starting early 2026.
“We are incredibly lucky to find a talented team who are AI native and understand the GTM domain”, Badarinath added. "That combination is critical to building cutting-edge software that actually changes how teams operate.”
The acquihire reflects Hivekind’s continued investment in building an autonomous GTM platform as companies rethink how they generate pipeline in an increasingly complex buying environment under significant budgetary pressures.
