AI credits power everything in Hivekind — account scoring, discovery, enrichment, and events. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and credits are consumed as you use the platform.

Your workspace continues to function, but all actions and monitors pause once your included credits are exhausted. You can purchase additional credit packs at any time, or upgrade to a higher plan.

Onboarding credits are a one-time allocation provided when you start. They're granted during onboarding to prepare your workspace — create an ICP rubric, score accounts, run initial contact enrichment, and build buyer groups. They don't renew each month and lapse after Month 1.

The Context Library is where your GTM strategy sits inside Hivekind — your ICP definition, positioning, buyer personas, competitive context, offers, and proof points. Every campaign, signal interpretation, and message draws from it. The Explore plan supports one GTM motion only while other plans support multiple motions simultaneously.

A target account that shows a specific type of signal — for example, a new CIO hired, a funding event, or a hiring spike for developers. The Explore plan includes up to 3 monitors. Grow and Scale include unlimited monitors, and all plans have built-in custom filtering rules so only the signals relevant to your offering get filtered and acted on.

All plans can browse pre-enriched industry events in Hivekind's catalog. Grow and above plans also give you the ability to add attendees and build personalized landing pages. Scale adds custom private events at additional cost with full attendee intelligence.

Shared HiveEvents gives you access to pre-enriched event attendee data already in our catalog, with no waiting for data to be sourced. Custom HiveEvents let you request a new upcoming event that we build afresh for you.

Credit top-up packs start at $25 for 450 credits, with larger packs available at better rates. Purchased credits roll over month to month and don't expire. Paid plan users can purchase top-ups at any time from their account dashboard.

Your GTM Engineer configures your workspace during onboarding, manages your Context Library, monitors campaign performance, and proactively recommends optimizations. They're available on Scale and Enterprise plans — think of them as a GTM Ops partner embedded in your account, not a support resource.

Yes. On Explore and Grow you connect your existing mailbox or mailboxes. Scale includes 9 mailboxes, and domains and mailboxes are also available as an optional add-on.

Yes. Each plan comes with an included account limit, and you can add more accounts at any time. If you consistently need more, upgrading to a higher tier is usually the most cost-effective path.

Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately, with access to the higher tier's account limits, credits, and features right away.
